1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Foundation AdiClasses ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are registering on behalf of a student under 18, you confirm you are a parent or legal guardian authorized to do so.

2. Account Registration & Approval

All public registrations require admin approval before login access is granted. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or request additional information for any registration at our discretion. Your phone number serves as your unique login identifier and must be kept accurate.

3. Use of Content

Animated slides, question banks, OMR answer keys, and all other learning material provided through the Platform are for personal, non-commercial educational use only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of this content without written permission is prohibited.

4. Access Levels & Privileges

Access to specific grades, subjects, chapters, and features is granted individually by an administrator and may be modified or revoked at any time. Sample content shown before approval is provided solely as a preview and does not represent the full content available upon approval.

5. OMR Scanning & Scoring

Scores generated from OMR sheet scans are computed automatically against the answer key on file for the corresponding test number. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we are not liable for discrepancies caused by poor scan quality, incorrectly filled sheets, or answer keys pending upload.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate any account found to be in violation of these terms, engaging in abusive behavior, or misusing shared content.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
