When you use the Platform, we log activity such as logins, OMR scans, and slide views to power your dashboard, progress analysis, and leaderboard rankings.

• To create and manage your account, and verify your identity for login
• To scope your access to the correct grade, subject, and feature privileges
• To compute your OMR scores, progress trends, and leaderboard rank
• To send account-related emails (approval, password resets, credentials)
• To respond to messages sent via our Contact Us form

3. What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not display advertisements based on your activity. Slide-watch and login-streak data is treated as personal to you and is not shown to other users, including teachers or admins viewing your analysis page.

4. Data Retention

Your account data and activity history are retained for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, unless you request deletion.

5. Your Rights

You can update your profile information (name, phone, email) at any time. To request full account deletion or a copy of your data, please contact us using the details below.

6. Security

Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never visible to admins or stored in plain text. We recommend using a strong, unique password and changing it periodically.
